Job Summary
We are looking for a Training & Development Executive to identify training needs, coordinate employee development programs, and ensure skill enhancement across all departments. The role will be responsible for planning, organizing, conducting, and evaluating training programs for employees at all levels to improve performance, productivity, and compliance within the manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities|
Training Need Identification (TNI)
- Identify training requirements through discussions with department heads and employees.
- Conduct skill gap analysis and prepare annual training calendars.
- Maintain department-wise training matrices.
Training Coordination & Implementation
- Organize induction programs for new employees.
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
- Arrange trainers, training materials, venues, and logistics.
- Ensure mandatory statutory, safety, and technical training programs are conducted as per schedule.
Employee Development
- Monitor employee skill development and competency enhancement.
- Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
- Assist in leadership development and soft skills training programs.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain training records, attendance sheets, feedback forms, and certificates.
- Prepare monthly training reports and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, customer audits, and statutory training requirements.
Evaluation & Effectiveness
- Collect participant feedback and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Track post-training performance improvements.
- Recommend improvements to training programs based on outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR Training.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
