Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – ELV, CCTV & Network Security to manage CCTV, networking, firewall, server, Wi-Fi, VPN, VLAN, antivirus, and enterprise IT infrastructure solutions. The candidate should be capable of handling technical solutions, supporting project and sales teams, leading technicians, troubleshooting critical issues, and ensuring smooth project execution. This role also requires the ability to act as a backup lead for senior technical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV, ELV, networking, firewall, VPN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, and enterprise IT solutions.
- Support project and sales teams with technical solutions, BOQ preparation, client discussions, and solution finalization.
- Handle installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of CCTV, access control, networking, and server infrastructure.
- Configure and manage firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, enterprise Wi-Fi, antivirus, and security solutions.
- Guide technicians and engineers during project implementation and provide support for critical technical issues.
- Coordinate with clients, project teams, and management to ensure smooth project execution, documentation, and timely delivery.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in ELV, CCTV, networking, firewall, and IT infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of IP CCTV, NVR, VMS, ELV systems, and enterprise security solutions.
- Experience in firewall, switch, router, VLAN, VPN, and enterprise network configuration.
- Hands-on experience in server administration, Wi-Fi setup, antivirus, and basic cybersecurity.
- Ability to prepare BOQ, technical proposals, and solution architecture based on client requirements.
- Strong troubleshooting, client communication, team handling, and project coordination skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CCTV/VMS brands such as Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Hanwha, Avigilon, and Milestone.
- Hands-on experience with Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco, SonicWall firewalls, and enterprise networking solutions including Cisco, Aruba, Ubiquiti, MikroTik, and TP-Link Omada.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, enterprise Wi-Fi, backup solutions, and endpoint security platforms such as Kaspersky, Bitdefender, ESET, and Trend Micro.
Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Electronics, Computer Science, Networking, or a related technical field.
