QUALIFICATION : 12TH PASS, BA .The Store In charge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient inventory management, maintaining stock accuracy, and supervising store staff. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth store functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of goods
- Supervise and guide store staff, including scheduling and task allocation
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation within the store
- Handle inward and outward material movements and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures
- Prepare reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and store performance
- Coordinate with other departments such as logistics, sales, and accounts.
