Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Associate to contact potential customers, explain our products/services, and generate sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products and services clearly.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
Requirements:
