Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Operations:
Manage and grow sales through Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, ExportersIndia, Alibaba, and the company website.
Create, upload, and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing.
Ensure product catalogs are updated regularly.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with production and dispatch teams.
Order Management:
Process online orders and ensure timely dispatch.
Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
Handle returns, replacements, and customer complaints.
Maintain order records and prepare daily order status reports.
Customer Handling:
Respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and marketplace portals.
Generate leads from online platforms and coordinate with the sales team.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into orders.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Marketplace Management:
Monitor product rankings, visibility, and performance.
Manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and sponsored advertisements.
Analyze competitor pricing and market trends.
Improve product visibility through SEO and keyword optimization.
Digital Marketing Support:
Coordinate social media activities and online promotions.
Assist in running Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace advertising campaigns.
Support website content updates and lead generation activities.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Analyze sales data, customer trends, and product performance.
Suggest strategies to increase online sales and improve customer experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Panchkula, Haryana (Panchkula): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
Experience:
- E commerce platform: 1 year (Required)
