Location: Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Quantity take-off from architectural and construction drawings.
- Cost estimation and budgeting based on drawings and specifications.
- Verification of quantities and material requirements.
- Coordination with architects, project teams, and vendors for cost-related matters.
- Preparation of project cost reports and analysis.
Experience: Relevant experience in quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation from architectural drawings.
