General Summary:
The Data Scientist – Record to Report will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining AI-driven solutions that support and enhance R2R processes. This role is primarily hands-on and technical, with a strong emphasis on machine learning, data engineering, and applied AI. The role does not own accounting processes, close execution, controls, or SOX responsibilities.
• Data Science, AI & Automation Delivery: ~80%
• Functional Partnership & Solution Enablement: ~20%
Key Responsibilities – AI & Data Science Solution Development
Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions supporting R2R use cases such as anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and intelligent data validation.
Platform & Integration Partnership
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science , Data Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 6+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
- Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
