Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers via phone to confirm purchase orders.
Verify customer details, product information, and delivery requirements.
Resolve customer queries related to orders and purchases.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order confirmations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Follow company communication standards and customer service protocols.
Escalate customer concerns when necessary.
Achieve daily and monthly confirmation targets while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or order processing is an advantage.
Working Hours
Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
willing to do 2 year agreement
Weekly Off: 1 Day
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
