- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting sarees, dress materials, ethnic wear, and related accessories.
- Demonstrate product features, fabric quality, designs, and price ranges.
- Provide information on different saree varieties such as Silk, Cotton, Linen, Banarasi, Kanchipuram, Designer, and Party Wear sarees.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Handle billing coordination and customer inquiries professionally.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock verification activities.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and new arrivals.
- Assist during festive seasons, exhibitions, promotional events, and special sales campaigns.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
