Job Title: Sales Executive – Cement
Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell cement. The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with dealers, contractors, and builders, and supporting overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Development
Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, and construction sites
Promote and sell cement products in assigned areas
Generate new leads and identify potential customers
Achieve monthly sales targets
Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with dealers and clients
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers
Resolve basic customer queries and complaints
Reporting
Maintain daily visit reports (DVR)
Track sales performance and market feedback
Share competitor activities and pricing updates
Coordination
Coordinate with dispatch/logistics for timely delivery
Ensure proper stock availability with dealers
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills
Willingness to travel locally
Basic understanding of sales (training will be provided)
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Qualifications
Any Graduate (BBA / B.Com preferred)
Preferred
experienced in cement/ construction industry
Two-wheeler & valid driving license (preferred)
Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
