FMCG EXPERIENCE
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate orders and ensure product availability.
Market Execution
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with distributors.
- Execute promotional activities and trade schemes effectively.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and consumer trends.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with existing customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily sales reports and market visit reports.
- Track sales performance against targets.
- Maintain records of orders, collections, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
