3.Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term partnerships with clients.
4.Polished Communicator: Your verbal and written communication is impeccable, reflecting the elegance and precision of our brand. You don't "beg" for a sale; you consult. You understand that in luxury B2B, the "hard sell" is an immediate turn-off. Instead, you position Illuminati Fragrances as a high-value asset. You are driven by the hunt, play the long game—meticulously building rapport until the "Yes" feels like the client's own idea.
5.Sales Strategy: Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach and lead generation to closing deals. You thrive in an environment where you are given the autonomy to hunt for new leads and manage your own schedule.
6.Incentive Driven: You are driven by commission check as a scoreboard. This is a purely performance based role, the more deals you close the more you get paid.
People from Hospitality, Wellness, Travel, Real Estate, Retail, Beauty, Decor, Automobile, Gifting and Event Management industries are preferred.
