Position: Design Manager
Experience Required: 4–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Review, coordinate, and manage architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
✔ Ensure design compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards.
✔ Coordinate with hotel operator, architects, consultants, clients, and project teams for design approvals.
✔ Track design deliverables and resolve design-related issues.
✔ Assist in design planning, documentation, and project coordination.
✔ Ensure timely issuance of drawings and technical documents.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master Degree in Architecture.
4–5 years of experience in Design Management, Project Coordination, PMC, or Construction Projects.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and design processes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Hospitality Projects
