Design Engineer
Experience required: 2-6 Years
Qualification required: B.E. / B. Tech – Mechanical / Production
Job Location: Thane
Must to have skills: Sheet Metal design/ HVAC /NPD / SolidWorks
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the requirements and work with different teams.
- Create design concept and detail engineering
- Design considering manufacturability, cost, performance and durability.
- Conduct design review to improve product performance and resolve technical issues.
- Knowledge in GD&T, stack up analysis, different industrial standards like ANSI, JIS, DIN etc.
- Good knowledge in Tooling, fixture and jigs would be a plus.
- Knowledge of manufacturing / production / assembly processes would be a plus.
- Hands-on experience in various manufacturing processes would be a plus
Desired Skill Set:
- 2-6 years of experience with Commercial Kitchen Appliances, Ovens, Grills, commercial Refrigerator\Freezer, Visi Coolers, Soda Dispensers, product experience preferred.
- Candidate should be sound communication skills, able to work with onsite Engineer and customer front ending.
- Candidate expertise in sheet metal, medium plastic knowledge preferred.
- Hands on experience in part modelling, Tubing routing module, preferred.
