Job Summary:
ABAAM Group of Companies is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth for our group of six hotels. We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a strong background in hotel sales, corporate business development, and field sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new corporate business and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct regular field sales visits to identify and acquire corporate clients.
- Promote room bookings, conferences, events, and other hotel services.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Negotiate corporate contracts and business agreements.
- Coordinate with hotel operations to ensure excellent customer service.
- Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and business forecasts.
- Represent the company at networking events and business meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong corporate networking and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field sales.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
