Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that generate qualified business opportunities for BICTREE's consulting and technology services. The role requires a professional with strong experience in branding agencies, business consulting firms, or service-based organizations, capable of pitching high-value consulting engagements, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent strategic thinking, client presentation skills, and a proven ability to convert service-based marketing opportunities into business.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client Acquisition
- Generate qualified leads for Branding, Business Consulting, Marketing, Creative, and IT Development services.
- Identify new business opportunities across multiple industries.
- Develop strategies to acquire high-value consulting clients.
- Build long-term relationships with business owners, CXOs, promoters, and decision-makers.
- Convert marketing initiatives into measurable business growth.
Client Pitching & Presentations
- Conduct professional client presentations and business consultations.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial strategies.
- Pitch Branding, Business Consulting, Marketing, Digital Transformation, and IT Development solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for BICTREE's service portfolio.
- Create marketing strategies focused on lead generation and business conversion.
- Work closely with the Creative and Strategy teams to ensure effective brand communication.
- Identify emerging market trends and new business opportunities.
IT Business Development
- Generate business opportunities for:
- Website Development
- Mobile App Development
- ERP & CRM Solutions
- Custom Software Development
- Digital Platforms
- Technology Consulting
- Pitch IT solutions to corporate clients and SMEs.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements and prepare proposals.
Branding & Consulting Sales
- Promote BICTREE's services including:
- Brand Strategy
- Business Consulting
- Marketing Strategy
- Digital Marketing
- Creative Services
- Campaign Management
- Business Expansion Planning
- Operational Consulting
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and market opportunities.
- Recommend new service offerings based on market demand.
- Support management with strategic business insights.
Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate with Strategy, Creative, Marketing, IT, and Operations teams.
- Ensure seamless execution of client projects from acquisition to delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Business Management is preferred.
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in:
- Branding Agencies
- Business Consulting Firms

- Proven experience in selling high-value service-based solutions.
- Experience working with multiple industry sectors.
