Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to develop and grow our Shell Lubricants business within the textile industry in and around Bhilwara. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes and industrial lubrication requirements, along with proven experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within textile mills and allied industries.
- Promote Shell Lubricants' range of industrial products and solutions to textile customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, maintenance heads, and procurement teams.
- Conduct regular customer visits and provide technical product recommendations.
Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
- Organize technical seminars, product demonstrations, and customer engagement programs.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer requirements, and industry trends.
- Support digital marketing and promotional activities targeting the textile sector.
Technical Support
- Understand lubrication requirements of textile machinery and recommend suitable Shell products.
- Coordinate with technical teams to conduct lubricant surveys and product trials.
- Assist customers in improving equipment reliability and reducing maintenance costs.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, customer reports, and market analysis.
- Monitor sales performance and develop action plans to achieve targets.
- Maintain customer records and opportunities through CRM systems.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Tech / B.E. in Textile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Textile industry experience is mandatory.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, technical services, or business development within the textile sector.
- Experience in industrial lubricants, chemicals, machinery, or textile manufacturing will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel across Bhilwara and the surrounding textile clusters.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
