As part of our continued expansion in Saudi Arabia, we are establishing a dedicated India Sales Development Centre in Mumbai to help Indian manufacturers and exporters access new business opportunities through our growing Saudi exhibition portfolio.
About the India Sales Development Centre
The India Sales Development Centre is GL Exhibitions’ dedicated outbound sales hub, focused exclusively on developing the Indian market for our Saudi Arabia exhibition portfolio. Working closely with our Dubai and Riyadh offices, the centre identifies, engages and converts Indian exhibitors for MedTech Saudi, LabTech Saudi, Natural World Expo Saudi and FoodTech Saudi.

Position Summary
The Business Growth Manager is responsible for establishing and leading GL Exhibitions’ India Sales Development Centre, driving exhibition space sales and sponsorship revenue from the Indian market for the company’s Saudi Arabia exhibition portfolio.
Leading a team of three Sales Officers, the Business Growth Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, build a strong pipeline of Indian exhibitors, coach the sales team and achieve commercial targets across MedTech Saudi, LabTech Saudi, Natural World Expo Saudi and FoodTech Saudi.
Working closely with the Dubai and Riyadh offices, the Business Growth Manager will ensure consistent prospecting, disciplined follow-up, successful conversion of qualified opportunities and delivery of revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities
· Establish and lead the India Sales Development Centre.
· Drive exhibition space sales and sponsorship revenue across MedTech Saudi, LabTech Saudi, Natural World Expo Saudi and FoodTech Saudi.
· Recruit, coach, mentor and manage a team of three Sales Officers.
· Develop and execute outbound sales strategies targeting Indian manufacturers, exporters and suppliers.
· Monitor daily activity, pipeline growth, sales performance and revenue targets.
· Support key negotiations and assist the team in closing strategic accounts.
· Coordinate closely with the Dubai and Riyadh teams to maximise conversion and customer satisfaction.
· Ensure CRM accuracy, sales reporting and forecasting discipline.
· Analyse market trends, customer feedback and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
· Build long-term relationships with exhibitors, trade associations and strategic partners.
· Prepare weekly pipeline reports, monthly performance reviews and sales forecasts.

· Achievement of exhibition space and sponsorship revenue targets.
· Team sales performance against monthly and campaign targets.

Skills & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience leading a sales team.
· Strong leadership, coaching and performance management skills.
· Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing sales pipelines.
· Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
· Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
· Experience in exhibitions, events or B2B services will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
