About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid marketing, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and analytics to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Create and execute lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum return on investment.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other analytics tools.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Identify new growth opportunities across digital channels.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and Google Ads conversion setup.
- Knowledge of keyword research and campaign optimization.
- Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Google Ads Certification.
- Meta Blueprint Certification (preferred).
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or other paid media platforms is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with SEO, landing page optimization, and CRM tools.
