About the Role
We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to drive on-ground sales activities, expand the customer base, and strengthen market presence in the Madhya Pradesh region. This role involves regular field visits and direct interaction with retailers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit market and identify new business opportunities
- Acquire and onboard new retailers/distributors
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Ensure product visibility and availability
- Share daily/weekly activity reports
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation preferred
- 0–3 years of experience in sales (freshers can apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel locally for field work
Work Details
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Job Type: Field-based (local travel required)
Training & Development
- Structured training and onboarding (up to 1 month)
- Hands-on field exposure and learning
