Tele calling Executive (Service Department) – Key Responsibilities
(Maruti Suzuki Service Workshop)
- Call customers to schedule periodic maintenance and service appointments.
- Follow up with customers for due services, accidental repairs, and vehicle maintenance reminders.
- Contact customers for service campaigns, recalls, and special service offers.
- Confirm service appointments and coordinate with the Service Advisor for smooth scheduling.
- Handle inbound customer calls related to service bookings and general inquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM/DMS.
- Conduct post-service follow-up calls to collect customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate customer complaints or unresolved issues to the Service Manager or Customer Care Manager.
- Promote value-added services such as AMC, Extended Warranty, Genuine Accessories, and Maruti Suzuki Genuine Parts.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, appointment, and customer retention targets.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Workshop Controller, and Customer Care teams to ensure timely communication.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly telecalling performance reports.
- Update customer contact details and maintain an accurate customer database.
- Ensure professional communication, proper call etiquette, and compliance with company policies.
- Support customer retention initiatives by encouraging repeat workshop visits and building long-term customer relationships.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
