Designation: Senior Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company's range of Epoxy, Grouts, Adhesives, and Composite Solutions within the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through direct customer visits and business development activities.
- Generate new business through industrial customers, dealers, builders, contractors, fabricators, and project consultants.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new projects, applications, and sales opportunities within the territory.
- Conduct product presentations and coordinate product trials at customer sites when required.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures to maximize conversion rates.
- Collect market information regarding competitors, pricing, customer requirements, and emerging opportunities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities.
- Submit regular sales reports, visit reports, and sales forecasts to the reporting manager.
- Participate actively in sales meetings, training programs, and product knowledge sessions.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
