Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Advisor to identify potential clients, build strong customer relationships, and convert qualified leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential customers and qualified leads.
- Understand client requirements and business needs.
- Convert enquiries into appointments and achieve appointment targets.
- Advise clients about our services and provide complete product information.
- Invite prospective clients to attend business presentations.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Maintain and update CRM records and Daily Sales Reports (DSR).
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in Membership Sales, Life Insurance Sales, Term Insurance Sales, or Real Estate Sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
- Strong ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Goal-oriented with good follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
