Founded in 2016, Back to Village (B2V) is a holistic initiative committed to revitalizing rural communities through sustainable practices. At its core, B2V embraces Climate Smart Farming, advocating for agricultural techniques that prioritize environmental stewardship and resilience to climate change. Through training programs, knowledge sharing, and on-the-ground support, B2V empowers farmers to adopt innovative methods that optimize resource use and minimize environmental impact. In addition to Climate Smart Farming, B2V is dedicated to fostering Livelihood & Rural Development. Number of Position: 1 (One)
Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
Qualification:
- Graduate with any discipline
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of data management and reporting concepts.
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers may apply)
Competencies:
- Basic knowledge Google Sheets, or data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
1) MIS Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain and update operational databases and trackers.
- Generate reports as per organisation requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered into systems.
- Consolidate data from various departments for management reporting.
2) Data Analysis
- Analyze data and identify trends, gaps, and performance indicators.
- Support management with data-based insights and recommendations.
- Assist in preparing presentations and performance reports.
3) Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate information.
- Follow up on pending data submissions and report updates.
- Assist in process improvement and reporting automation initiatives.
- Support documentation requirements.
- Monitoring visits to project sites as per requirement
4) System Maintenance
- Maintain records and MIS documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and backup of reports and data.
- Report system issues or data discrepancies to the concerned team.
Expected Travel:
- Travel at different project locations will be as required.
Salary: Rs. 25,000/-
