Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Lead Generation Representative to identify potential customers, generate quality leads, and support the sales team in expanding the Company's business. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through online research, LinkedIn, email, and outbound calling.
- Identify potential customers and collect relevant business information.
- Contact prospective clients and introduce the Company's products and services.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Sales Team.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Excel.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Prepare daily lead generation and activity reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead conversion.
- Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets.
