Job Overview
House Banao is looking for a motivated and result-driven Channel Development Executive to grow and strengthen its channel partner network. The person in this role will find new business partners, build strong relationships, and create sales opportunities through brokers, consultants, architects, and referral associates. You should be good at communication, networking, and have a genuine interest in business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and bring on board new channel partners and referral associates
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brokers, consultants, and business partners
- Generate leads and business opportunities through the partner network
- Work closely with internal sales and operations teams to manage leads and ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups with channel partners
- Keep records of partner activities, lead status, and business conversions
- Keep partners informed about company updates, services, pricing, and promotions
- Support marketing and business growth through active networking
- Travel to meet channel partners, attend events, and explore new business opportunities in the assigned area
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Basic understanding of sales and business development
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply
- Willingness to travel locally and within the assigned territory as required
