Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain insurance claim documentation with accuracy.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, clients, and internal teams for claim processing and follow-ups.
- Handle policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and related documentation.
- Verify policy details and ensure timely issuance of policies.
- Update and maintain claim and policy records in the system.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain proper filing of physical and digital documents.
- Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of operational records.
- Provide general office and administrative support, including correspondence, document management, and coordination with various departments.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Assist the operations team with any other backend support activities as assigned.
Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
