- Manage overall branch sales operations and achieve monthly sales targets
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team
- Develop strategies to increase showroom walk-ins and vehicle sales
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer relationship management
- Monitor daily sales activities, enquiries, bookings, and deliveries
- Conduct sales meetings, training, and performance reviews
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration departments for smooth delivery process
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and submit updates to management
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and showroom standards
