Wanted Physiotherapist Lead
Qualification and Registration
Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognised university or institution.
Valid registration with the appropriate Physiotherapy Council or statutory professional bod
Experience
Five to seven years of post-qualification physiotherapy experience, including team supervision, home-care service coordination, or third-party caregiver network management.
Desirable experience in caregiver/vendor coordination, team leadership, staff mentoring, structured training, or home-based physiotherapy delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client assessments, identify rehabilitation needs, and oversee evidence-based plans for mobility support, pain management, post-injury rehabilitation, geriatric care, posture correction, and home exercise guidance.
Ensure physiotherapy services meet defined standards, protocols, measurable client outcomes, documentation requirements, and safety expectations.
Lead, supervise, mentor, and coordinate physiotherapists, junior physiotherapists, interns, support staff, and third-party caregivers to deliver safe, consistent, and effective home-care services.
Coordinate third-party caregiver service delivery, including workload allocation, visit scheduling, task assignment, continuity of care, escalation handling, and adherence to agreed service standards.
Develop and review physiotherapy protocols, SOPs, service pathways, and evidence-based workflows aligned with organisational goals.
Onboard and train third-party caregivers on physiotherapy support, safe mobility and transfer techniques, client communication, documentation, and escalation workflows.
Use digital and service-management tools to assign caregiver tasks, monitor visits, track records, review performance, manage escalations, and report outcomes.
Educate clients and caregivers on rehabilitation, injury prevention, posture correction, mobility support, safe transfers, home exercise programmes, and caregiver roles in achieving physiotherapy goals.
Manage collaboration with caregiver agencies, service coordinators, clients, families, referral partners, operations teams, and external professionals to ensure coordinated, accountable, person-centred care.
Lead quality improvement, service reviews, issue resolution, continuing professional development, and corrective actions to improve service quality and client safety.
Monitor caregiver performance through feedback, visit observations, service reports, client satisfaction inputs, documentation reviews, and follow-up actions.
Adapt to start-up venture needs by working across clinical, operational, training, stakeholder management, and process-improvement priorities while supporting evolving service models.
Provide and oversee home-visit physiotherapy services, ensuring appropriate risk assessment, follow-up care, and travel readiness as required.
Contribute to teaching, student supervision, competency development, workshops, and professional development programmes.

Ability to use technology-platform data to track client progress, caregiver productivity, service delivery, and timely decision-making.
Skilled in expectation setting, caregiver agency coordination, service issue resolution, crossfunctional follow-up, and communication with clients, families, partners, and providers.
Ability to work independently and within coordinated, cross-functional service teams.
Adaptable to start-up or growth-stage environments, with comfort in ambiguity, changing priorities, new processes, and cross-functional responsibilities.
