We are looking for an experienced and passionate Python AI/ML Full Stack Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs in Python programming, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and Full Stack Development. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor students and professionals through practical, industry-oriented training sessions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training sessions on Python, AI, ML and Full Stack Development.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Train students in Python fundamentals, OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
- Conduct hands-on sessions in:
- Machine Learning
- Deep Learning
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Generative AI
- Data Analysis and Visualization
- Train students in web development using:
- Django / Flask / FastAPI
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- ReactJS
- REST API Development
- Guide learners in real-world projects and capstone assignments.
- Conduct coding reviews, debugging sessions, and technical mentoring.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with emerging AI, ML, and software development technologies.
- Assist in curriculum development and course enhancement activities.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python Programming.
- Experience with AI/ML libraries such as:
- NumPy
- Pandas
- Scikit-learn
- TensorFlow
- PyTorch
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI APIs.
- Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Strong understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms is an advantage.
- Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, AI, or related field.
- Industry experience in AI/ML or Full Stack Development.
- Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Python, AI, ML, or Data Science are an added advantage.
