Senior Relationship Executive
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Senior Relationship Executive to manage client relationships, ensure smooth campaign execution, and contribute to business growth through effective account handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations efficiently.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and business expansion.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client performance and feedback.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in client servicing, sales, or relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Target-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
Candidate Criteria:
- Age: 30–40 years
- Location: Must be based in Trivandrum
- Preference for candidates with experience in advertising, media, or related industries.
