A Counselor helps individuals understand and solve personal, educational, career, or emotional issues by providing guidance, support, and counseling services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct counseling sessions with clients.
- Listen to clients' concerns and identify their needs.
- Provide guidance on education, career, personal, or emotional matters.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions.
- Develop action plans to help clients achieve their goals.
- Follow up with clients to monitor progress.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.

- Basic computer knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Education, or a related field.
- Relevant counseling experience is preferred.

- Schools, colleges, hospitals, NGOs, counseling centers, or corporate organizations.
Salary:
Depends on qualification, experience, and organization.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
