Senior Interior Design Lead – Luxury Residential

Key Responsibilities
- Lead interior design projects from concept to completion for luxury residential developments.
- Drive design excellence across space planning, materials, finishes, lighting, and FF&E.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, project teams, and stakeholders.
- Manage and review design consultants to ensure quality, timelines, and budget compliance.
- Evaluate design proposals, material selections, mock-ups, and specifications.
- Introduce innovative, sustainable, and value-enhancing design solutions.
- Present design recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in luxury residential interior design.
- Proven experience in luxury apartments, villas, branded residences, or mixed-use developments.
- Experience with leading real estate developers, IPCs, or reputed design consultancies preferred.
- Strong leadership, consultant management, and project delivery skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
