Job Description
Miracuves Solutions is looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to coordinate and drive delivery of our web and mobile solution projects, including product customizations and client deployments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with cross-functional teams (development, QA, design, and client stakeholders) and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
This role is well-suited for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in software / IT project coordination or management, who are eager to grow in a fast-paced, remote-first product and services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage multiple client projects from requirements collection to delivery, ensuring clear scope, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate with internal teams (developers, QA, designers) to assign tasks, track progress, and remove roadblocks.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and release notes.
- Conduct regular client check-ins, share progress updates, and manage change requests professionally.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate and propose mitigation plans as needed.
- Ensure deliverables are tested, reviewed, and meet quality standards before client demos or go-live.
- Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with clients and ensure feedback is captured and prioritized.
- Work closely with leadership to align projects with business priorities and delivery timelines.
- Use project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, ClickUp, or similar) to manage tasks, sprints, and releases.
- Continuously look for process improvements in communication, documentation, and delivery workflows.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience as a Project Manager, , or similar role in IT / software / digital agencies.
- Experience managing web or mobile application projects (preferably with PHP/Laravel, Flutter, or similar tech stack teams).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and basic familiarity with Agile / Scrum practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and internal team communication.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, task follow-up, and deadline management.
- Ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace).
Education (Preferred):
- B.Sc (IT), BCA, BE (IT), Computer Science
- M.Sc (IT), MCA, MBA (IT), or related discipline
- Project Management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent) will be a plus, but not mandatory.
