Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, providing guidance on suitable education programs, and driving successful enrollments.
The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable online education programs.
- Conduct counseling sessions with working professionals and students to help them make informed career decisions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain consistent engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive enrollment experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and program details.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in B2C sales, inside sales, EdTech, education counseling, or consultative sales will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in lead conversion and outbound calling are preferred.
