About the Role:
As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions exclusively via Chat and Email (no voice/calls). Your primary responsibilities will include resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, maintaining records in the CRM system, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience at every interaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream)
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience (on paper)
* Travel Customer Service: Minimum 6 months of experience in travel-related customer service (e.g., airlines, hotel bookings, travel agencies, OTAs such as Make MyTrip, Yatra, courier/logistics)
* Chat or Email support experience is mandatory
* Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound customer queries via Chat and Email
* Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses
* Log and update customer interactions in the system
* Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department
* Meet daily and monthly performance targets
* Adhere to process guidelines and compliance standards
Required Skills:
* Strong written communication skills in English and Hindi
* Good typing speed and accuracy
* Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer operations
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
