Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Driver cum Electrician / Technical Support Assistant to support our field operations and technical service activities. The ideal candidate should possess good driving skills, a basic understanding of electrical or technical work, and a willingness to travel for customer support and site-related activities.
This role involves assisting the technical team during installations, service visits, equipment transportation, and basic electrical support work at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicle (Car / Two-Wheeler) for official site visits, customer support, deliveries, and field operations.
- Safely transport instruments, electrical materials, tools, and technical equipment.
- Assist technicians and engineers during installations, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
- Support basic electrical work such as wiring assistance, cable handling, and equipment setup.
- Load and unload instruments and materials during field visits.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams during site activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and timely servicing of company vehicles.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain professionalism during customer interactions.
- Handle local travel within Coimbatore and nearby industrial areas for service-related activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valid LMV Driving License is mandatory.
- Must be confident in driving both car and two-wheeler.
- Basic knowledge or interest in electrical, instrumentation, or technical support work is preferred.
- ITI Electrician / Diploma candidates will have an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Coimbatore routes and industrial areas is preferred.
- Physically fit and willing to travel for field work.
- Good discipline, punctuality, and responsible work attitude.
