Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Tool & Die Maker for a metal stamping company. The candidate will be responsible for the manufacturing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of stamping dies, progressive dies, and press tools to ensure smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture, repair, and maintain stamping dies and press tools.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of progressive and transfer dies.
- Analyze die failures and implement corrective actions.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and tool designs.
- Conduct die assembly, try-out, and validation activities.
- Ensure die dimensions meet quality standards using precision measuring instruments.
- Support production teams in reducing downtime and improving tool performance.
- Coordinate with production and quality departments for process improvements.
- Maintain documentation related to die maintenance and modifications.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Metal Stamping Dies and Press Tool Maintenance.
- Knowledge of Progressive Dies, Compound Dies, and Transfer Dies.
- Hands-on experience with Lathe, Milling, Surface Grinding, and Tool Room Machines.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Knowledge of sheet metal stamping processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- ITI Tool & Die Maker / Machinist / Fitter
Pay: ₹12,157.18 - ₹37,555.94 per month
