- Monitor mobilization activities and student enrollment targets across assigned centres.
2. Centre Operations Management
- Supervise and monitor the functioning of multiple training centres within the assigned area.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to organizational policies.
- Conduct regular centre visits and operational reviews.
- Ensure infrastructure, training facilities, and resources are maintained properly.
3. Training & Academic Monitoring
- Monitor training quality and delivery as per project guidelines and curriculum.
- Ensure trainers follow approved lesson plans, attendance, and assessment processes.
- Review batch progress, student attendance, and training outcomes.
- Support centres in improving academic performance and learner engagement.
4. Placement & Industry Collaboration
- Coordinate with placement teams to achieve placement targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers and industry partners.
- Support job fairs, placement drives, and employer engagement activities.
- Monitor post-placement tracking and retention.
- Guide centre teams on outreach programmes, awareness campaigns, and community engagement activities.
- Ensure achievement of admission and batch formation targets.
- Monitor counseling and admission processes for accuracy and transparency.
- Ensure proper documentation and student onboarding procedures are completed.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
