- Student/Parent Counselling: Offer personalized advice regarding course selections, career pathways, and extracurriculars that align with the student's goals.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admission decisions, often updating the school's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database.
