As an Academic Associate (AA) in Chemistry, you will provide academic support to students and also contribute to developing courses and running labs.
This position will provide opportunity to explore innovative pedagogical practices and engage with a socio-economically diverse student cohort. This is suitable for those interested in working as well as those keen to pursue higher studies in the future. It also includes helping students with specific course requirements, queries regarding specific lab/field course requirements and procedures. Candidates should be motivated and interested in teaching learning processes, enthusiastic about working with students, and demonstrate initiatives.
This is a full-time one-year position, with a possibility of contract renewal for a second year upon review.

Assisting faculty members in preparing and running labs for different courses

Supporting students in labs and by conducting tutorials

Creating and maintaining a week-wise calendar of activities concerning the chemistry lab
