The Assistant Manager supports the daily operations of the ice cream parlour by ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness standards, supervising staff, and helping achieve sales targets. The role requires strong leadership, teamwork, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities Store Operations
- Assist in managing day-to-day outlet operations smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure proper opening and closing of the store.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment.
- Support billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
Customer Service
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
- Ensure customers receive orders accurately and promptly.
- Maintain a welcoming and hygienic dining environment.
Staff Supervision
- Supervise and guide service staff during shifts.
- Assist in staff scheduling and shift management.
- Train new employees on customer service and hygiene standards.
- Encourage teamwork and maintain positive workplace discipline.
Cleaning & Hygiene Responsibilities
- Ensure the outlet, kitchen, counters, seating area, and wash areas are clean and sanitized.
- Monitor daily cleaning schedules for staff.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards as per company guidelines.
- Ensure proper waste disposal and cleanliness of equipment and utensils.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
Service Responsibilities
- Support food and ice cream preparation and serving during busy hours.
- Ensure fast and efficient table service and takeaway handling.
- Maintain high standards of presentation for all menu items.
- Assist customers with menu suggestions and promotions.

Pay: ₹13,509.30 - ₹48,522.63 per month
