We are seeking a committed and qualified Commerce & Management Faculty member to teach at both Pre-University (PUC) and Undergraduate (UG) levels. The role involves delivering quality education, supporting student development, and contributing to academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Delivery
- Teach subjects such as Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Management, Marketing, and Finance.
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions using effective teaching methods and digital tools.
Curriculum Development
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessment content as per syllabus requirements.
- Update content in line with academic and industry developments.
Student Assessment & Support
- Conduct tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor students in academics, projects, and career guidance.
- Address learning challenges and provide necessary support.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and student engagement activities.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain attendance and academic records.
- Participate in meetings, institutional activities, and academic processes.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Master’s Degree in Commerce (M.Com), MBA, or related field (mandatory).
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (mandatory).
- Experience in PUC and UG teaching is preferred.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
