Darsh Designs is a leading manufacturer of premium bespoke furniture and interior solutions with over 14 years of expertise. We work closely with architects, interior designers, builders, corporate offices, hospitality brands, and homeowners to create exceptional custom furniture. Our manufacturing facility includes in-house carpentry, polishing, upholstery, fabrication, CNC and finishing units.
We are looking for energetic, self-driven Marketing Executives who are passionate about meeting clients, generating business, and building long-term relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and client meetings.
- Meet architects, interior designers, builders, developers and corporate clients.
- Develop new dealer and channel partner networks.
- Generate enquiries for residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct product presentations and explain Darsh Designs' capabilities.
- Follow up on enquiries until order closure.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Marketing Activities
- Plan daily client visits.
- Attend exhibitions, networking events and business meetings.
- Coordinate with digital marketing team for lead follow-up.
- Maintain CRM records and daily reporting.
Coordination
- Work closely with Design, Estimation and Production departments.
- Coordinate quotations, samples and project discussions.
- Ensure timely communication between clients and internal teams.
Market Research
- Track competitors and market trends.
- Identify upcoming construction and interior projects.
- Explore new business opportunities in hospitality, offices and premium residences.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads every month.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
- Build long-term business relationships.
- Represent Darsh Designs professionally in the market.
- Coordinate project handover after order confirmation.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate (MBA Marketing preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing or project sales.
- Experience in furniture, interiors, building materials or architecture industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Good presentation skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence (preferred).
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and surrounding areas.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Minimum 20 client meetings per week.
- Generate 40–60 qualified leads per month.
- Minimum 8–10 new architect/designer meetings every week.

- CRM updated daily.
- Timely follow-up on every enquiry.
- Client satisfaction and repeat business.
