NURSING TUTOR
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures, demonstrations, and practical sessions as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and learning resources.
- Conduct classroom teaching using effective and innovative teaching methodologies.
- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus and course objectives.
- Maintain attendance records and academic documentation.
Clinical Teaching Responsibilities
- Supervise students during clinical postings in hospitals and healthcare settings.
- Demonstrate nursing procedures and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
- Guide students in patient care activities and clinical decision-making.
- Evaluate students’ clinical competencies and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with hospital departments for clinical training requirements.
Student Assessment & Evaluation
- Prepare and conduct internal assessments, assignments, practical examinations, and viva voce.
- Assess student performance and maintain evaluation records.
- Identify students requiring additional academic support and provide guidance.
- Participate in examination duties as assigned by the institution.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
