Key Responsibilities:
- Drink Preparation: Mix spirits, garnishes, and mixers to create classic cocktails and custom drinks according to established recipes.
- Customer Service: Greet patrons, take orders, offer recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Safety & Compliance: Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age and monitor for signs of over-intoxication.
- Inventory Management: Track drink stock, manage ice levels, and restock glassware and garnishes throughout the shift.
- Sanitation: Maintain a spotless bar by washing glasses, cleaning surfaces, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Cash Handling: Open and close tabs, process payments via the POS system, and balance the cash register.
Essential Skills:
- Mixology Knowledge: Understanding of drink recipes, flavor profiles, and proper pouring techniques.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple orders and customer requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with guests and collaborate effectively with waitstaff and kitchen teams.
- Physical Stamina: Capacity to stand for long shifts, carry heavy supplies (like kegs), and work efficiently on your feet.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Age Requirements: Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in your specific jurisdiction.
- Experience: Previous hospitality or bartending experience is typically preferred.
- Certifications: Certifications in responsible alcohol service are frequently required.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
