Are you passionate about building and protecting brand reputation? We're looking for an experienced **Senior Online Reputation Manager (ORM)** to join a leading integrated branding and advertising agency with 30+ years of expertise across TV commercials, digital marketing, influencer campaigns, social media, websites, packaging, media, and creative storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute ORM strategies to strengthen brand reputation
Monitor online reviews, social media conversations, and customer sentiment
Manage crisis communication, escalations, and response planning
Maintain consistent brand tone across all digital platforms
Analyze ORM performance and prepare detailed reports
Lead, mentor, and train the ORM team
Collaborate with marketing, digital, and customer service teams
Requirements:
15+ years of experience in Online Reputation Management or Digital Marketing
Strong expertise in crisis management and sentiment analysis
Hands-on experience with Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Google Alerts, or similar ORM tools
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
Digital Marketing or Crisis Management certifications are an added advantage
