Job Summary
The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required by the organization. The role ensures timely procurement, cost efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best commercial terms.
- Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, and other procurement documents.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock shortages.
- Maintain procurement records and prepare purchase reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
