Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Determine client goals, preferences, space requirements, and budget constraints.
- Concept & Planning: Develop initial design sketches, mood boards, and 2D/3D layouts using software like AutoCAD or SketchUp.
- Sourcing & Procurement: Select and order materials, furniture, lighting, and fixtures, while managing purchasing logistics and invoices.
- Project Management: Create project timelines, coordinate with contractors (painters, plumbers, electricians), and oversee on-site installations.
