Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to operate and monitor CNC machines used for furniture and interior manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, program execution, material loading, quality checking, and ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines for cutting, drilling, routing, and machining operations.
- Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces as per production requirements.
- Read and understand CNC programs, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Load materials and ensure correct positioning before machining.
- Monitor machine operations and identify abnormalities or errors.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
- Check finished components for dimensions, accuracy, and quality.
- Maintain production records and follow daily production schedules.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cutting tools and machine equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to resolve production issues.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience operating CNC machines.
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming and machine settings.
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurements.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and measuring tapes.
- Good understanding of cutting tools, materials, and machining processes.
- Ability to identify and resolve basic machine-related issues.
- Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
Educational Qualification
ITI / Diploma in CNC, Mechanical, Production, or a related technical field preferred.
Preferred Experience
Experience in furniture manufacturing, plywood/MDF machining, modular furniture, retail interiors, or similar manufacturing environments will be an advantage.
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
